Biggest Bidenesque Blunder of the Debate

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Say it ain't so, Running Mate of Joe! Heh.

The biggest blunder of the evening, one worth of the Gaffe-o-matic Joe Biden himself, evoked memories of Tailgunner Joe himself. It was as if he were there...hovering in the wings, ready to stumble in at a moment's notice:

When Obama was sparring with McCain over insurance plans, McCain suggested that a $5000 tax credit could be used to shop across state lines for the best deal. Obama began to cast aspersions on the idea, saying that insurance companies would seek out the state with the least amount of regulation and the (wicked) companies would flock there to take advantage of the poor consumer...like the banks do...in Delaware!

Someone remind me...who exactly is on the ticket from the banking haven, consumer friendly regulation avoiding state of Delaware???

Hint: He has hair plugs! Heh.

Update: The closest either man came to a major blunder was when Professor Barack Obama accidentally told the truth about how his running mate's home state of Delaware panders to credit card companies and banks. -Bill Dyer
