"Tango Mike Mike"

A very moving piece of video that may in part help explain why a living Medal of Honor recipient is honored here every week:

The bravery of men like Roy P. Benevidez goes largely unacknowledged in today's celebrity driven culture. Take a moment today and thank God for men such as these!

You're not surfing the net on the beach I trust? Make sure you relax a bit while you're there!

  2. Such an act of love. Tango Mike Mike. I hate to put this comment in same page with the name of such a hero, bet here goes.
Many of these rescue missions were ordered to destroy secret equiptment and retreive classifed papers. No mention was made about the men who operated this equiptment. It was understood if you were overrun, your orders were to die in place, after you destroyed your equipt. By any means necessary. The ASA had thier own SF group that would retrieve classifed papers. Check out thier history and who Davis Station was named after.
