Curiosity About the "Character of the Candidate"

Image and video hosting by TinyPic
Just a small note on Juan Williams' performance on Fox News Sunday this AM. Juan had this to say about the reporting on the alleged high school prank or hazing incident, from fifty years ago, in the life of Mitt Romney:
People just want to know about the character of the candidate.
Really?? Has the press shown any real curiosity at all about the dope smoking, girl pushing, dog eating, domestic terrorist befriending, Jeremiah Wright disciple who may or may not have claimed to be a foreign student to get preferential treatment in college? Name any one of those things that the press has pursued with any passion or energy at all.

Get back to me on that one, Juan. People just want to know about the character of the candidate.

  1. There is a double standard. And very few picked up on the Obama-"news" media syncronicity on the gay marriage issue. Wasn't it convenient that the press just happened to stumble upon the Romney bullying story right at the president was coming out of the closet?

    1. I was astounded by the coincidence as well! But what Mitt may have done in high school reflects on his character! What Barack has admitted doing, apparently does not.

    2. You know what's funny, too? I had never run that particular picture of Obama smoking dope before. The fact that he was young and stupid once was not that big a deal to me. I had to hunt that picture down this AM, and even that was after I couldn't find the Juan Williams pic I originally wanted to use.

  2. DuhWon has no character and Juan Williams is a character.

    1. Williams is one of the more tolerable liberals, but sometimes he just exhibits the same tone deafness the rest of them do. Of course, he is a liberal!
