Many people, too many, believe legislation is written by the executive branch, he can suggest legislation but that's the limit of his authority in the matter until said legislation reaches his desk for approval.<BR/><BR/>During the portion of my lifetime that I have paid any attention to politics most people have blamed the president for the actions of congress. These people get to vote.<BR/><BR/>Here's an idea. Since electronic voting machines are the norm these days, how about having to correctly answer 7 or more out of 10 questions for each category on the ballot, answer less than 7 correctly say for the presidential ballot you're locked out of that category.
