Quote du jour

"...my insurance plan right now for my spouse and I costs $545 a month with 100% coverage after my $2500 deductible. We are both 32 years old. When I looked at this site for 80% coverage it says it will be $954.78 a month!!!! So compare my old Plan: 100% coverage for $545 a month To New Plan: 80% Coverage for $945 a month."

I could not get medical coverage insurance because the international insurance company refused to cover me.

First my policy cost $118 a month. Then I became ill and made a claim against my insurance policy. The international insurance company increase my cost of insurance policy coverage to $772 a month. The international insurance company cancelled my insurance coverage. When I applied for renewed insurance coverage I was denied for a pre-existing condition (which was covered prior to international insurance company cancelling coverage when needed).

Hey the poor international insurance company cannot make a profit. Forget people, international insurance companies are what are important.

So who is important; people or international insurance companies???

I do so worry about the insurance company?!

    1. Dear Ema: First of all, thanks for being on topic. It is such a refreshing change from you merely showing up and bleating "You lie!"

Second, if what you say actually happened to you (this is the Internet and anyone can say virtually anything), then I sympathize with you. And while I do not condone the actions of the insurance company, your anecdote points to a need of possible insurance reform, but not necessarily the justification for the government taking over one sixth of the American economy to make your medical providers as efficient as the Post Office or DMV.

    5. Your second comment (of six on this thread and two on another), started to get me a bit concerned. Actually, checking my email this AM and seeing your name repeated over and over made me first think there was a glitch in the software, reposting the same comment.
      Lieder nicht. You said:

"I do so worry about the international insurance company. Is there only one?

I worry abut (sic) the insurance company's ability to make a profit. Sarcasm. We get it.

I do so worry (sic) insurance company. Too early in the AM? Too late at night?? Off your meds???

Oh by the way, who are people anyway????" We are people, Ema. The doctors and nice nurses who are trying to help you are people. If you have trouble telling "people" from "non-people", you should tell your doctor.

    6. Ema: Your third comment was a carbon copy of the second, but with this appended:

People? People? People, who care about the people?

      PROFIT!! People???

      People?

Oh ya you got to be kidding me, right???

People, ha ha ha ha ha ha ........... ha ha"

Since I didn't say anything at all about people, either in the quote, which wasn't mine, or my replies to other comments, it is hard to say what your rant is about, other than maybe cluing us in to the fact that your preexisting condition was undoubtedly psychological in nature.

Your third and fourth comments, all complete with hysterical, if not maniacal laughter, and the mildly insane repetition of the word "people", replete with grammatical and spelling errors, much like you, are pointless.

"Oh I love your comedy; it is soooo drool.(sic)" Sorry, Ema. Drool is definitely your department! Or

"It is not like people mean mean (sic) anything on Proof Positive."

People mean a great deal here, Ema. Even social and mental misfits like yourself.

We have great sympathy for people who are having their working hours reduced to 29 hours a week, because of poorly drafted legislation designed to take over one sixth of the US economy.

We have sympathy for people who are losing their health coverage because of Obamacare. Again, the poorly written legislation is giving incentive to companies that had previous offered family coverage to their employees to cover only their employees, no longer offering family coverage. That means, dear math impaired liberal, that for a typical family of four, Obamacare is causing 75% of them to lose their insurance coverage. Where is your compassion for those people, Ema?

"Please tell me you do realize the insurance company cannot lose???? Right??

      Ema Nymtn (sic)"

Certainly insurance companies can lose, Ema. Do the little voices in your head tell you that every insurance company ever founded is still in business today? Whatever could have happened to the ones that are no longer with us, Ema?

Next seance, ask Mr. Marx to explain that one to you.

And your inability to spell your own screen name? I'd say that you don't think too clearly when you're angry...but then, where's the difference?
