Ron Paul - The Movie (video)

Escapism for the Paulbots. Remember Don LaFontaine? He'd start a movie trailer: "In a world ...". In a world where Ron Paul can actually get elected president, what color is the sky??

  1. “The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies. … Increasing America’s debt weakens us domestically and internationally. Leadership means that “the buck stops here.” Instead, Washington is shifting the burden of bad choices today onto the backs of our children and grandchildren. America has a debt problem and a failure of leadership. Americans deserve better.” - Sen. Barack Obama, 2006

Exactly Right Mr. Obama! We do deserve better and Ron Paul is the right man, with the right plan to get us there.

Bachmann voted FOR the unconstitutional misnamed Patriot Act and she just voted to renew it again. She claims to be a Tea Party candidate. You can’t support the Constitution and vote FOR the Patriot Act!

Ron Paul supporters started the Tea Party, the largest and most effective BIPARTISAN grass roots political movement by WE THE PEOPLE in the history of the USA. The core values of the Tea Party are the same values Ron Paul has promoted for over 30 years… Constitutionally Limited Government, Fiscal Responsibility, Constitutional Rights and Freedoms and Free Markets.

The Tea Party IS the Ron Paul REVOLUTION!

  2. Nice catch on the Obama flip flop.

Ron Paul is a good man on the Constitution, but sadly, I expect he will never be president. When you realize that, the question is, will you support the second best man or woman for the job, or will you sit this one out and allow Barack Obama a second, even more destructive term for this country?

Saving the country has got to transcend our fondness or preference for any one politician.

  3. Proof,

Ron Paul is very right about the Constitution and he's right about foreign policy, domestic policy, the economy, jobs and as far as I can tell, every other issue we face.

I've read several headlines that seemed to make me think RP was dead wrong but every time I did a little research and found out why he took the position he did, I learned he was exactly right and there was no question about it.

The other candidates just say what people want to hear and they do the bidding of their corporate masters... That's exactly what got us in the sorry shape we are in!

The ONLY reason Ron Paul won't get elected is if WE THE PEOPLE don't support him. Who are you going to support instead?... Romney, the father of socialized medicine and Corporatism? Bachmann the mistress of the Patriot Act?

The way I see it, THERE IS NO BETTER CHOICE than RON PAUL and like Obama said, we deserve better! In fact, We deserve the BEST!

Take a look at what RP said in 08:
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FG2PUZoukfA

A lot more people know who RP is now, they know what he stands for, they know he is a man of his word, he can’t be bought and we can trust him. He has a long voting record that proves what he's all about.

There is NO reason to elect 2nd best when we can have the BEST!

McCain had no chance against Obama in 08 and no one but RP can beat Obama in 2012. No other candidate has more bipartisan support than RP.

Visit youtube and watch RP in the 08 debates! I loved it when he told Romney to "read the Constitution"… he addressed every issue correctly. Everything RP predicted in 08 is exactly what has happened. We need a leader not a corporate owned shill.

Bachmann is riding RP's coattail. All the Tea Party issues she supports CAME from Ron Paul! Anyone that voted for the Patriot Act can NEVER be trusted! Listen to what Judge Andrew Napolitano says about Natural rights, the so called “Patriot Act”, (which should be named “THE MOST UNPATRIOTIC ACT IN USA HISTORY”) and much more of what our unconstitutional Federal representatives are doing, as well as how to stop them:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bjhNZjanX9k&feature=related
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7n2m-X7OIuY&feature=related

The fact that the media tries to make people think RP won't get elected is a great reason to support RP! The media is owned by the same banksters that are killing our Country and our Constitution!

How are we going to save our Country if we elect another corporate shill? We won't, we'll just get more Bush and Obama unconstitutional, big government, wasteful, harmful, nonsense!

I’m in this to win! There is no second best that I can support, they are all far too flawed! None of them are even close to what I want in a president! That’s not “sit(ting) this one out and allow(ing) Barack Obama a second, even more destructive term”! That’s putting every bit of support I can behind the right man for the job and getting everyone I can to do the same. No battle was ever won with a defeatist attitude. RP did very well in 08. His message is far better known now and his support is growing astronomically. Why not throw everything you have behind the person you believe in, instead of planning to lose and thinking about plan B while plan A is still alive and well?

  4. "he's right about foreign policy" No. This is probably the single most issue keeping Paul from the presidency. Paul's positions are his own peculiar version of neo-isolationism.
Particularly disturbing is his attitude towards our allies. While he claims that the US has the right to defend its own border, he seems to not want to grant that right to others.

Case in point: Israel. While Israel is fighting for its very survival and attempts to keep its enemies from arming themselves, Paul dismisses their struggle with those seeking to destroy them and drive them into the sea as a "squabble".

A squabble? Really?? If Barack Obama weren't already the Least Serious President in the History of the Republic™, statements like that one would put Paul in the running.

He says he would treat Israel as any other country. Really? We're going to treat Israel like Libya? Columbia?? Cuba???

And that's not what others say about Ron Paul. It's what he himself says.
