    1. I heard someone on the radio who said that the oil shale oil is heavier crude, much like that we get from Venezuela, therefore, it would displace Venezuelan oil at those refineries set up to process heavy crude.

      Obama stands in solidarity with Hugo Chavez here, rather than the American people.
