Winner MUST be legally able to possess a firearm and pass a federal background check. Winner is responsible for taxes. If the winner is unable to meet the requirements necessary to take ownership of the firearm, the winner will be granted the total value of the prize package, $3,488.22 in cash. Exclusions do apply, no purchase is necessary.
