Tax Day Weekend Header

Going with the new "Tax day weekend" header, featuring "A Tale of Four Tax Cheats".
One of these four men is going to jail for three years for not paying his taxes. (The other three are politicians.)

    I kinda feel sorry for Wesley Uses Total Gym Snipes. He got sucked into that Irwin Shiff crap about how the income tax is illegal, therefore, you don't have to pay it.

      Yeah, but he was a piker compared to some of those tax cheats. Plus, at least he could claim some ignorance of the law. What was Turbo Tax Timmy's excuse?
