No, Clinton strategist Mark Penn. From “The Front-Runner’s Fall” in the (upcoming) September Atlantic Monthly (via Politico):

Penn, the presidential campaign’s chief strategist, wrote in a memo to Clinton excerpted in the article: “I cannot imagine America electing a president during a time of war who is not at his center fundamentally American in his thinking and in his values.”

Not fundamentally American in his thinking or his values! Gosh! If that's what the Democrats think of Obama, what should the rest of America think?
