It could be argued that the 30 minute infomercial (Billy May sells politicians: But, wait! There's more! ) is overkill. If Obama & CO. believed all the polls that had him 10 points ahead, why take the chance that an unprecedented half hour infomercial on multiple networks might send the wrong message?
It seems that the close polls, the ones that are still within the margin of error, are causing the Democrats more than a few sleepless nights. The above video is just another example of the panic.
