It was almost exactly a year ago, in May 2009. (Wanda) Sykes was joking about the death of Rush — wishing for that death, actually. (And lying about his statements and views.) Today, after a year, the only thing dead is Sykes’s late-night talk show. And a sit-com she was on. They were both canceled in recent days.

Never heard of this woman before she had her inane ramblings about Rush.
ReplyDeleteNever knew she had a part in a sitcom or hosted a talk show that expired due to her lack of talent.
The "death" she should have been talking about was the demise of her public image.
I'd heard of her before. I thought her most memorable bit was a brief appearance on the old Drew Carey show for several episodes playing Drew's unlikely girlfriend/lover.
