Environmentalist Whacko Killed After Assaulting Discovery Channel

One more Inconvenient Truth

Just a few days ago, David Neiwert of Crooks and Liars (He doesn't strike me as being a "crook"!) told us with much snark, that as Beck looked out over the audience and saw "the next George Washington", Neiwert looked at the same group and "I mostly thought I saw 'the next Timothy McVeigh'." What is it the Bible says about removing the beam from your own eye before you try to take a splinter out of someone else's?

Sadly, the story today is not of some tightly wound kookburger on the right, but rather on the Left.

SILVER SPRING, Md.
— Police shot and killed a gunman who held three hostages for several hours Wednesday at the Discovery Communications building in Silver Spring, Md., authorities said. They said the hostages were safe.

At least one explosive device on his body went off when he was shot, and other explosive devices could still be in the building in Montgomery County in suburban Washington, D.C., Montgomery County police Chief Thomas Manger said. It was not clear whether there was any damage.

James Jay Lee was an environmentalist whacko and a long time protester of the Discovery Channel. Back in February of '08,
Lee said...that he experienced an ‘‘awakening” when he watched former Vice President Al Gore’s environmental documentary ‘‘An Inconvenient Truth.”
Al Gore is getting to be required reading for violent kookburgers on the Left!

Lee's rambling manifesto to the Discovery Channel, in part:

Focus must be given on how people can live WITHOUT giving birth to more filthy human children since those new additions continue pollution and are pollution.

...All programs on Discovery Health-TLC must stop encouraging the birth of any more parasitic human infants and the false heroics behind those actions. In those programs' places, programs encouraging human sterilization and infertility must be pushed. All former pro-birth programs must now push in the direction of stopping human birth, not encouraging it.

So, here you have a fellow who would fit in nicely at any Green Party rally, Planned Parenthood rally, or any Greenpeace demonstration, bringing explosive devices to the Discovery Channel because they weren't extreme enough to deal with the fever swamp frenzy induced by the gloom and doom prophets of global warmism and environmentalist fear mongering.

Another thing the Bible says, is that you reap what you sow.

It's harvest time for enviro-nutjobs.

  1. Proof - that is some fine commentary! I believe we have far more James Lees than we have Tim McVeighs.
