David Horowitz points out:
The day Obama announced his new $50 billion government spending program in Ohio, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton declared that the growing national debt is a security threat to the United States:
“Our rising debt levels (pose) a national security threat… It undermines our capacity to act in our own interest. And it does constrain us where constraint may be undesirable… And it also sends a message of weakness internationally. I mean, it is very troubling to me that we are losing the ability not only to chart our own destiny, but to, you know, have the leverage that comes from this enormously effective economic engine that has powered American values and interests over so many years.”
He then goes on to say:
This is obviously the opening shot in a Hillary run for the Democratic nomination in 2012.
Readers of this blog know that the first shot was actually fired by James Carville last May.

Other will have known from the beginning that giving Hill the S.o.S. position and Biden the V.P. position was simply Obama keeping his enemies close, where he could try to control them. Epic fail by an epic failure!
^ weird thing is, last night on History International channel there was a special dealing with "body language". Both Bill and Hill were mentioned. Bill passed scrutiny, Hillary, OTOH was nailed for appearing disingenuous and heavily coached. Whoda thunk? But when the uber liberal side of the History channel points it out you have to giggle.
