You know that list they put out every year for the Darwin Awards? I think this guy should be a finalist!

    Even though there are windows on the elevator doors, look for some lawyer to require a sticker that says, "Please do not ram doors when elevator is clearly not visible" or some kind of "Don't use your hairdryer in the tub" kind of thing.
    Maybe a little pictogram of someone falling down an elevator shaft?
