    We got lucky this year, we're getting an early spring. Still, I feel that they need to rethink how they get Phil to participate in these annual events. Maybe if they didn't yank a hibernating animal out of his warm sleeping hole with flashing cameras and noisy crowds, he might not want to run for his life back in. I feel sorry for the poor thing.
