    I saw a TV show on her years back. They opened her refrigerator. It was filled with beer. And one stick of butter. Great woman.

      Yep. Never know when you might need that butter! I was visiting one of my aunts down in Houston one time, and she was fixing supper, walking around the kitchen in an animated sort of way, waving these two sticks of butter around. Now, when I fix mashed potatoes, I use maybe a tablespoon of butter. Both those sticks (1/2 pound) went into her mashed potatoes, and they may have been the best mashed 'taters on earth!
