Go Niners! Pluck the Seabirds!
Update: Winner will face the Denver Broncos.
In the pregame show, Fox News' Jay Glazer talking about the stadium noise problem, revealed that the New Orleans Saints' organization let the Niners know where they could get some custom earplugs made for the team.
Update II: Gutsy call: 4th and inches, Niners leap into end zone to add TD to their initial FG. 10-0 Niners
Update III: Final Seahawks 23, Niners 17.
GO NINERS!
ReplyDeleteYessiree, Bob!
ReplyDeleteI would rather have three hours of cheerleaders
ReplyDeletePerhaps the Lingerie Bowl would be more to your liking??
ReplyDeleteI don't see a downside to that.
ReplyDeleteNever said there was! And you can root for both sides!
ReplyDeleteScary, kickoff is only moments away!
ReplyDeleteFumblerooski by The Seaturkeys in the first 10 seconds! Niners recover!
ReplyDelete3-0, first blood!
ReplyDeleteYeah, baby!
ReplyDeleteNiners are playing well
ReplyDeleteLooking better than the SeaPigeons right now! SF just sacked their quarterback again.
ReplyDeleteDefense is playing very tough!
ReplyDeleteYeah. And no way the "12th man" can help Seattle's offense.
ReplyDeleteSorry brother.
ReplyDeleteThe Niners fared well enough against the "twelfth man", it was the "thirteenth man" in black and white that seemed to make the difference. It's been a long time since I've seen that many bad calls in one game. And yes, even if the Niners had managed to pull it out, it still would have been bad officiating.
ReplyDeleteThere were some bad calls to be sure. And Sherman's rant after the game was really ghetto.
ReplyDeleteWhat a POS that guy is. I had to turn it off I couldn't listen to it.
ReplyDeleteThe officiating was horrendous. I do not think that is the reason SF lost (it was three turn overs by Kaepernick in the fourth quarter) but that game easily could have been a SF victory. The Seahawks were inconsistent and play like that will not beat Denver.
ReplyDeleteIt wasn't the reason, but isn't it funny how all the really bad calls went against SF?
ReplyDeleteI agree there were some bad calls against SF. How many "really bad calls" do you contend happened? I doubt the Refs were in the bag for Seattle (Seattle has also been in the bad end of calls that have cost them games in the past, most notably in the last Super Bowl Seattle was in). They are human and screw up. I would like to see potential review of all ref decisions.
ReplyDeleteThere were a number of 'no calls' that should have been called and bad calls of varying degree. The roughing the kicker call they blew was blatant. The non-reviewable fumble recovery aafter that was just icing on the cake.
