    You do have a future in stand up, Jersey! Tricky Dick Nixon tried to use the IRS as a political weapon, failed and was almost impeached for it. Slippery Dick Obama succeeds in using the IRS as a weapon against his political foes, and his muddle headed followers question the ethical scruples of the right.
