Update: Niners looking more like the Niners of old. End of first half, Niners 7 - Seahawks 3
Maybe these guys are hungry enough?

Update II: Well, at least it wasn't a total blowout! Final: Seahawks 17, Niners 7

  1. I think we need more than luck. We need a guy named "Vinnie" to take out the kneecaps of more than a few Seahawks!

  2. Is "Vinnie" a local goomba? Maybe he can just muscle them rather taking out their kneecaps.

  3. Maybe just a long ride in the country?? Or maybe he could give them "Finding Nemo" pajamas and they could sleep with the fishes?

  4. Are you referring to this thing of ours in a derogatory manner?

  5. Methinks too much has been laid on Colon Copernicus. The 69ers O line sucks out loud. San Fran can't run or throw. They have this giant stable of receivers and they can't receive a ball because the front isn't a real front. The O line is getting beat on every down. Its a shame. This "parity" stuff is bunk if you ask me. To have a talent like Kopernicus and it not matter that much is just a shame. The Seahawks would be undefeated if they had San Fran's receiver corps. Hell, who do they have? Who is their marquis wideout? Doug Baldwin??

I think the coaching staff made some really bad decisions. If you have a mediocre passer who can run his ass off, you don't count on downfield threats before you shore up an offensive front that can protect your quarterback long enough to make accurate throws beyond 10 yards.

    Hope is not a strategy.

  6. "Hope is not a strategy."
That's okay. There's none of that left now.

  7. Football doesn't end. Ever. I think of the off season as a long timeout.
