Take a look at the First Lady working out with 35# free weights and compare that to her husband's anemic workout with the 10# weights. Sheesh! She has good form, and unless those dumbbells are Styrofoam, like her husband's Greek columns, she works out pretty regularly!

Michelle Obama Gets Props for Workout
