Given the lawsuits in California and Florida challenging state bans on people under age 21 being able to buy guns, we started collecting cases for people under age 21 who used guns in self-defense. So far this year, we have found 21 cases where a person under 21 successfully used a gun in defense.- John R. Lott, Jr.
