Recently the mass shooting in Sacramento caught your attention. Good. The Sacramento DA recently called out the motivation behind the shooting, and it wasn't "ghost guns". It was gang related.
It was a shooting between rival gangs. Just like much of the so called "gun violence" in Chicago is gang related, many of the needless gun deaths in the country are either drug or gang related. It doesn't matter how the gangs get the guns, whether they make them or steal them off trains or the houses of law abiding gun owners, or the bodies of rival gang members, the problem you should be focusing law enforcement on is not "ghost guns", but gangs.
If you really want the killing to stop, you will focus on the root cause, not some minor peripheral issue.
