We could break up a lot of deadwood in DC if the various gov't agencies were spread-out throughout the country. Take away the allure of hobnobbing with your fellow bureaucrats at those fancy Georgetown parties if we moved ag related bureaus to Kansas and Indiana, sent the Labor Secretary to Michigan, move Interior TO the Interior and let all those bureaucrats Skype and have Zoom conference calls.
