You have to give Obama credit for his chutzpah, though. He spends like there's no tomorrow and then wants to pretend he's the rational adult in the room. One of the reasons I cast him in the Charlie "Winning!" Sheen role.
And Biden turns in a credible performance as the dim bulb son in the series.
