Cool Halloween Costumes - A Family Affair

Since I didn't catch enough grief from my post on chandeliers, here's a little something with nearly as much substance. Saw this in my local dead tree paper. The kid, helped by his dad, made a cool airplane costume.

That's his Mom dressed as a flight attendant. Très cool, yes? It gets better.

Here he is leading a little mini parade of trick-or-treaters. The guy in the orange vest, with ear protectors next to his Mom? His dad, dressed a a ground traffic controller!

Note the high tech goodie bucket! We only had grocery bags when I was a kid, but, come to think of it, grocery bags used to hold a lot more groceries, back before the earth had completely cooled!

  1. I guess your paper didn't publish the photo of the boy's uncle, the "squat and cough" TSA Agent.

  2. I cropped him out of the picture. He was the hippie with the orange hair and blue latex gloves!

  3. Sarcasm aside, it's nice to see a homemade costume - I love mom's outfit!

  4. I actually thought of you when I saw the article. Figured I'd have at least an audience of one!
