Japanese Porn Star "Boob Aid" - Gone, But Not Forgotten!

I suppose I am somewhat late to the party on this one, so to speak, but in my defense, it took place while I was on the road and I'm pretty sure that searching for any part of it would have violated some HR policy regarding the company laptop!

...are actually Japanese porn stars. After all the hullabaloo about the ALS ice bucket challenge, (and quite frankly, I know all of you are here not because of porn star boobs, but because I use words like "hullabaloo"), "Boob Aid" was part of an effort to combat AIDS by the Japan Foundation for Aids prevention.

With some cheap bastids only contributing ten bucks, (no offense to all you fine, outstanding Ten Buck Friday participants!), that works out to about 56 cents a squeeze! You have to admire the tenacity of the girls, being groped by over four thousand men for up to twelve hours, (or as Curmudgeon calls it "Tuesday" ).


They did manage to raise $40 - 50,000 for AIDS research, and I'm guessing that for at least some of the participants, this was more pleasant than getting a bucket of ice water poured over his or her head.

May I suggest a slogan for next year? "Groping our way towards the cure"
