Hollywood Went to War

Sixty-second* in our series Hollywood Went to War, are Terry Wilson, actor, stuntman, Marine vet, who played Ward Bond's right hand man on Wagon Train all those years ago, and Frank McGrath, actor stuntman and Navy vet, who played Wagon Train's irascible cook, Charlie Wooster .
Like many men of their era, you don't find much mention of their service. They went, they did their duty, they heard the shots fired in anger, and then they came back and life went on!

Here is the totality of what I could find of Terry Wilson's service to our country:
Terry enlisted and served in the Marine Corps from 1943 to 1946

For Frank, it was even shorter. Just a mention in passing that he was a Navy vet.

Gentlemen, we thank you for your service to your country. Rest in peace.
