Next to a presidential election (and about 45,000 other things I can think of), the most important vote you can cast is for the Coolest SOB In The Conservative Blogosphere. Voting for the Award for 2013 started Sunday, but since some of you don't read blogs on the weekend because... you have a life, I wanted to bring it to your attention today. Voting is all week. . You can vote for more than one person, which is good, because there's a really nice selection of folks there (myself included)!

Now I don't want to influence you to vote specifically for me (well, at least not only me), but I have to let you know that I have been practicing my acceptance speech. It would be a shame to let it go to waste!

The 2013 Coolest SOB in the Conservative Blogosphere Nominee

My friend Randy informs me that he has nominated me for the 2013 "coolest SOB in the conservative blogosphere contest".

Now considering the company I'm in, I've got about as much chance as a three legged dog at an Obama family bar-be-que, but, if you feel so inclined, click over there and vote for somebody you like. Conservative bloggers down in the trenches don't always get the attention or recognition they deserve, so here's your chance to remedy that.

The deadline for nominees is June 1st. Voting will begin June 2nd and last for one week. Have a little fun and show some love to your favorite bloggers! I'll put a little reminder in the sidebar when it comes time to vote. Good luck to all the nominees!
