Contempt for the Consent of the Governed.

Jim Hoft had this story, which really needs to go viral. One of the infamous Fleebaggers of Wisconsin is facing a recall, and some cowardly thugs who show nothing but contempt for the consent of the governed try to subvert the political process through dirty tricks and illegal acts. So, if you don't think you can win a recall election, you steal the petitions? The Founding Fathers would have been so proud! This may be a novel thought for the anti-democratic (small "d") thugs and miscreants in Wisconsin, but have you ever considered arguing your case on the merits and simply let the people decide how they want to be governed? Oh, I see. As usual you're against any choice but your own. Figures. Update: Silverfiddle reminded me of a picture over at Randy's Roundtable. Notice the sign calling Wisconsin a "banana republic". Compare and contrast what Governor Walker did to the actions of the hooligans who stole those petitions. Which do you think more closely mirrors that of a "banana republic"? A "soft spoken" Marine, minding his own business had two flags burned on his front porch in North Dallas: One American flag, and another for the Marine Corps he served in.

Gee! If you had to guess the ideology of the perpetrators, who would you profile?

Soldier's Car Vandalized: Not A Hate Crime

...because no matter how deranged a moonbat you are, "soldier" isn't a protected class under hate crime legislation!

Ten thousand dollars worth of damage was done by one or more "Code Pink types" in Dallas to Army reservist Viktor Whitlow.

DALLAS -- Dallas police are looking into a shocking crime against an Iraq War vet that took place on a college campus. Overnight Tuesday, someone took vandalized 23-year-old Army veteran Viktor Whitlow's vehicle while it was parked at Dallas Baptist University. Ironically, the mascot at DBU is the Patriot.
The vandals used a box cutter to destroy the inside of his jeep, they slashed five tires and smashed through the windshield. Perhaps the most shocking detail to the vandalism was the message spray painted on his hood.

The message was "Soldiers are murderers". It's hard to describe just how vicious and mindless the attack was. Please, click over to the video and see for yourself. This is sickening! The scum who did this probably pride themselves on freedom to choose...unless you choose something less than politically correct!
