Cowardly Liberals Hiding From Criticism
Twitter now allows people to limit who can comment on their tweets. There is no longer an "open season" on liberal stupidity, unless we "quote tweet" them.

Milo Yiannopoulos at UC Berkeley
Milo Yiannopoulos put in a brief appearance at UC Berkeley on Sunday. I believe that UC officials scheduled the event for Sunday because they were really hoping the world would come to an end on Saturday. These guys can't catch a break!
It was all over and done in half an hour. There was no formal speech and little in the way of formal protest. There were no fires, no riots, no looting. In fact, you could say that the world didn't come to an end when Milo spoke at Berkeley.
However, the Leftist protesters, in keeping with their long standing respect for the planet, did manage somehow to leave their trash in the street, for people who actually can hold down a job to clean up after them. It really is a wonder that their mothers haven't kicked them out of the basement by now!

"It's the Law of the Land!"
Exhibit "A" in the "Liberals were born yesterday, and have no sense of history from before the day they were born", is the argument that conservatives should somehow roll over and play dead on Obamacare because, "It's the Law of the Land!" This argument is usually preceded or followed by the talking point that the Hindenburgic** catastrophe that is the Obamacare website is merely a "glitch", you know, like iphones get sometimes. Like the A-bomb over Hiroshima was a "glitch" in their morning commute!
What's more surprising is the inability of so called progressives to see just how lame and shallow that argument actually is. Which laws would still be on the books today, if opponents of those laws had merely resigned themselves to fate, because the laws had been duly passed, signed by the president and "established", and perhaps validated by the Supreme Court (those wonderful people who brought you Dredd Scott!):
*Slavery
*Blue laws (businesses can't open on Sundays)
*Jim Crow
*Prohibition of alcohol
*No prohibitions on child labor
*No women's sufferage***
*Only property owners could vote
*No ban on monopoly
*Bans on homosexuality
*Bans on abortion, pre-1974
*Laws banning marijuana use
*Laws requiring religious litmus tests before obtaining government employment
*Laws permitting prayer in schools and displays of Nativity scenes on public property
Pray tell me which of the laws above you would be in favor of living under today, because they were "the Law"? Because they were "established law? Because they had been signed by the president or upheld by the Supreme Court??
Did you know, that today, there are even laws that permit private citizens to own firearms? Yes! Even handguns!! Laws that are established and validated by the Supreme Court. Can you imagine me going to the next meeting of Handgun Control, Inc. and requesting a moment to speak?
"Dear friends! Gun ownership is the Law of the Land! It's established and validated by the Supreme Court!"
At which time, everyone turns to one another and says, "I did not know that! Why, what are we doing here? Let's go home and bake some cookies!"
If you believe that that argument would carry any significant weight, there are pleasant young men in white coats waiting in the hallway to take your names and contact your next of kin to see whether or not they'd like to have you committed. (All liberals are committed or should be, right?)
Let's go for the trifecta. "The Obamacare website debacle is just a glitch", "It's the Law of the Land!", and..."Obama was reelected"! GOP, pack your tent and go home! While it is true that Obamacare was one of the planks of his platform, it was not the only plank, nor was it the only reason to vote for Obama. Polls taken the day after the election showed that a majority of the American public still disliked Obamacare. So, that wasn't it.
Maybe portraying Romney as a heartless, out of touch bazillionaire (unlike John Kerry, who was never portrayed as being out of touch, even though his wealth was far greater), who caused ex-employees' wives to die of cancer had something to do with it?
Maybe it was all the promises he made so convincingly as he read them from his teleprompter, and later broke (the promises, not the teleprompter!), like promising to cut the deficit (he didn't. Not in real terms anyway), and reduce healthcare costs for a family of four by $2,500 a year (stop laughing! They're going up $7,500 instead)? Maybe it was his assurances that because of his leadership (Again, stop laughing!) GM was alive (even though Detroit was dead), and bin Laden was dead (even though al Qaeda wasn't).
But again, how shallow and meaningless is the claim that because the president was elected and then reelected, we need to roll over and let him do whatever he thinks is best. Do the names "Ronald Reagan", "Richard Nixon" and "George W. Bush" ring a bell? Each of those men was elected and reelected. How many liberals rolled over and let them accomplish everything they set out to do. Show of hands...
Beuller? Beuller???
If shooting down the trifecta of lame arguments wasn't enough, consider this: Obamacare was a bill of over 20,000 pages, none of which were devoted to cutting costs, but in some cases limiting payments to physicians and health providers, which will surely lead to rationing of health care. This massive document was passed, largely unread by those who voted for it, in the dead of night, between Christmas and New Years, by a strictly partisan vote, after much back room wheeling and dealing. Can anyone honestly say that a bill so complex, so hastily put together and voted on strictly according to party lines, has absolutely no provision that should not or ought to be changed? I'm not sure that Catholics believe the Pope is that infallible! Since when do our legislators speak ex cathedra?
Liberals have no leg to stand on in this argument. And under Obamacare, they may have to wait nine months to get an MRI to diagnose their condition, after which, there will be an additional tax on their prosthesis, assuming that Obama hasn't bankrupted the company by then. In any case, they should expect to get last year's model prosthetic leg, because of all the disincentives against research and development placed into a 20,000 page law, that already has an additional 20,000 pages of judicial interpretation, that the House of Representative is absolutely permitted by established law from funding.
**It's about time that someone started using it as an adjective! I am that pioneer!

Obama: From Hero to Zero
Too bad we couldn't get this gal to protest!
San Francisco -In a powerful display of profound disappointment with President Obama, some of the Democratic Party's biggest donors gathered Tuesday - not inside his tony San Francisco fundraiser at the W Hotel, but outside on the sidewalks carrying signs in protest of his policies.
"I don't even know what he stands for," said Susie Tompkins Buell, a co-founder of the Esprit clothing company and one of the most generous Democratic Party donors in the nation - instrumental in backing such powerhouse progressive organizations as the Democracy Alliance and Media Matters.
Looks like the bloom is off the hibiscus! From another account...
Obama told Democratic donors at a cocktail reception at the Sea Cliff home of billionaire Tom Steyer that he wants House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-San Francisco -- who was in attendance along with other Bay Area congressional Democrats -- to be House speaker again.
Man! It's rough being part of the 1%!
Tickets for the event at the home of Steyer and his wife, Kat Taylor, cost between $5,000 and $32,400. After that event, Obama attended a fund-raising dinner at the Pacific Heights home of billionaire heirs and philanthropists Ann and Gordon Getty.
Good thing Obama had that speech to make in Colorado so that he could write off the travel to visit his billionaire friends! /sarc
...On Thursday, the president will attend two more fundraisers in Atherton to benefit the Democratic National Committee. Liz Simons and Medley Partners Managing Director Mark Heising will host a brunch at their Atherton home, at $32,400-a-ticket, followed by a luncheon at the Atherton home of former insurance mogul and Levi-Strauss heir John Goldman and his wife, Marcia, where tickets cost $1,000 to $20,000. Obama was set to depart from SFO Thursday afternoon.
Let me see...two days fundraising, one short speech...yeah! No need for the Democrat Party to pay for this! I mean, it's not like little kids were being denied White House tours for lack of funding or anything!
But, those wacky Democrat protesters didn't fail to amuse as well...
One protester was dressed in a polar bear outfit. Police hauled away a drone replica. Others chanted, "Hey, Obama, we don't want no pipeline drama."
President One Per Cent was not available for comment.

New Tom Clancy Game: Liberals Hit Hardest
Caution: Mature content

I've got a suggestion for marketing..."Rainbow Six: Liberals -This Time it's personal!"

mrc tv says this about the new Tom Clancy Rainbow Six video game: "It makes liberals cry."
This is due to the fact that, as you can see from the trailer above, the bad guys are basically Occupy Wall Streeters on steroids. Or, considering all the rioting, attacks against police, and pyrotechnics coming from the occupiers lately, just a better organized next step for the more violent members of the 99%.
Either way liberals seem off put by the idea that they might actually be the bad guys in a fictional piece of entertainment for once. Boo freakin hoo.

New Orleans Liberals Violate Free Speech Rights, Demand Anti-Obama Private Property Signs be Taken Down
Cross-posted at the Left Coast Rebel
If you really want to see what generations of the liberal mentality does to an individual's brain and soul simply (especially in the African-American community) watch this video:
So... a private citizen is displaying private property anti-Obama signs and local Jesse-Jackson-type libs want it taken down. Even shameless race-baiter Ray Negin showed up to "discuss" the situation with the property owner.
Memorable quotes taken from the video:
Local media: "what some say is in bad taste, others call free speech." (Could the media be any stupider? Bad taste = free speech. Good taste = free speech. Free speech = free speech. End. Of. Discussion).
Local citizen: "It disrespects the nation and President Barack Obama represents our nation... everybody, not some people." (In other words, I don't like it so it needs to come down).
Local citizen #2: "He wouldn't do dat to dah Bush, it's insulting and we mean that it's going to have to be taken down." (translated: Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton told me so).
Local citizen #3: "This is nothing but pure Raaaaaacism!" (but of course, the first and last refuge of libtard scoundrels).
Orwellian New Orleans city councilwoman Susan Guidry: "We have to determine that there is a zoning law that prohibits perhaps the size of the sign; the way that it is erected, perhaps that it is leaning over onto public property, whatever we can use, we will." (Translated: meet the pinched-face of fascism, her name is "zoning law").
These people are no different than the "home of the 1960s free speech movement" Berkeley-types here in California that scream "1st Amendment!" yet rabidly decry against anything their close-minded pea-sized brains don't comprehend, insisting that "hate speech" is not "free speech."
Holding my breath waiting for the ACLU take up the property owner's case.

"GOP Allies Hatching Sleazy Dirty Tricks in Wisconsin Recall Wars"
GOP allies hatching sleazy dirty tricks in Wisconsin recall wars ...is an opinion piece by Greg Sargent, (Yeah. I never heard of him either!) which gave me a chuckle this AM. Let's look and see what our left-of-center friends think constitutes a "sleazy dirty trick"?
Too funny! Greg, have you ever heard of Democrats running fake Tea Party candidates? Um, like recently?? And speaking of states that allow "cross-party voting", I'll give you two words: John McCain.
Now, I can't say for certain that "GOP allies" are doing what you assert they are doing, Greg, but in your learned, humble opinion, these supposed allies of the GOP are "resorting to sleazy dirty tricks" by acting like Democrats?
Got it.

It looks like allies of Wisconsin Republicans are growing so desperate that they’re resorting to sleazy dirty tricks in their last-ditch bid to help the GOP hang on to the state senate.
This is deep in the weeds, but bear with me. As you know, Wisconsin GOP state officials have hatched a scheme to run fake Democrats in Dem primary elections against the Democratic recall candidates, in order to delay the general recall election between Dems and the GOP state senators they’re targeting. As the labor-backed We Are Wisconsin warned recently, this could have major ramifications: Because Wisconsin law allows cross-party voting, Republican voters can vote in Dem primaries and vote for the fake Dem candidate in order to keep the real Dem out of the general election.

"Fleebaggers" Funded by Liberal "Nutroots"? I'm Shockled!
Liberal Democrat fleebaggers all stated that their cowardly run and hide act was financed on their own dime. Except another bunch of liberals couldn't bypass the opportunity to beat their puny chests and say they did it...to the tune of $200,000!
Liberal Democrats lying about who funds their agenda? Whodathunk it?

Democrat Talking Points Still Impervious to Facts
Was watching Fox News Sunday this AM, two Congressional freshmen, Allen West R-FL and Donna Edwards D-MD were on and the one thing that stuck out for me was Ms. Edwards (no relation to John, we trust) kept parroting the line about "two wars" that were "unpaid for". What is Libya, Ms. Edwards? Chopped liver??
I think the hundreds of millions of dollars Obama has spent in taking military action against Libya meet every criteria for an "unpaid for" war as anything Bush did.
Is it their math which is fraudulent, or just their rabid partisanship in sticking to their talking points, no matter what?

Liberals Who Vote Like Trump. Liberals Who Don't Vote Like "Cops"
Remember that old saying "You are what you eat"? Maybe today it's also true that you are what you watch? National Media Inc. did a demographic study of who watches what on TV, based on their party affiliation and tendency to vote.
Surprise, surprise when I saw a number of my favorites in the upper right hand, Republican who vote quadrant! Celebrity Apprentice, on the other hand, with The Donald, was the show deemed most popular among the most liberal in the audience. Never seen it myself! "Wive Swap", which, in the spirit of full disclosure I have also not seen, was popular with the most liberal in the audience that tends not to vote.
Curious, I thought, was the presence of "Cops" in the more liberal less vote crowd. Isn't this show on (whispers) Fox*? Maybe among liberals who sit home on election day, there is also a fascination with seeing themselves, their friends and their neighbors on TV??
One other surprise was "House". I like the show and would have thought it would have skewed more right, but then, the show did lose some conservative viewers after Lisa Edelstein did that pro-abortion PSA.
I could show you that, but instead, I'll show you one of the reasons some of us still watch, in spite of that:
*Sometimes called "Pox" by those who love it, watch it every day, but are embarrassed to admit it in front of fellow liberals.
Update: Democrat voters watch measurably more television than Republican and swing voters. According to National Media Research

"Baja Arizona": An Idea Whose Time Has Come!
TUCSON, Ariz.—On the patio of a downtown bar here last Wednesday night, a handful of people gathered over pitchers of beer to plot the creation of America's 51st state.
With copies of the Arizona constitution before them, they debated how to turn Pima County—a liberal southern swatch of Arizona that borders Mexico and includes Tucson—into "Baja Arizona."
"What's the objective?" one member asked the group, Start Our State.
"Becoming our own state and making our own decisions," said organizer Paul Eckerstrom.
I personally say: Let them try! I think "Baja Arizona" should start small, though, and then, if they show the capacity for good governance, give them a larger territory. First, let's give them that area along the border identified by our government as a place where US citizens shouldn't go. All Arizona liberals should move there, and then after successfully dealing with the problems of illegal immigration and drug smuggling, give the survivors a crack (pun intended) at governing a larger territory.
Problem solved!

Herman Cain on Democrats and S.I.N.
I found this bit of video over at Right Klik. Note particularly at the end, the three tactics of the Democrats:
Shift the subject
Ignore the facts
Name calling.
That's so true! Know any liberal trolls infesting your blogs that this describes? Me, too. And it fits them perfectly.
Update: The rest of the speech:
