Proglodyte Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.: Republicans Are To Blame For IRS Tea Party Scandal
I'd heard this meme several times, that the Cincinnati office was soooooooooo overwhelmed, that "mistakes were made"! And I'm picking on RFK Jr. not because he may be the dimmest bulb on the Kennedy family tree, but because, thanks to the journalistic efforts of the Puffington Host, we have both video and a transcript of him saying stupid things.
Originally, I was going to make some snide crack, bout how if it wasn't for his father's name, he'd be taking tolls in a booth alongside a turnpike somewhere along the Eastern Seaboard. We'll come back to that in a minute.
Bobby Junior blames the Republicans for the IRS scandal. It was those wascally Wepubwiccans who allowed Obama's sequester to remain in place, and that slashed funding for everybody. Well, it slashed it down to what they spent the year before and a little bit more. It is painfully obvious that you cannot expect a Democrat administration to run a department at the same funding level as the year before without draconian cuts, now, can you?
And it wasn't just the sequester! No, no! These cuts went all the way back to BUSH!!! (Anyone know if Bush Derangement Syndrome is covered under Obamacare?) And so obviously, because of cutbacks, they were understaffed and overwhelmed with 60,000 applications for tax exempt status.
And because of a lack of training, these poor rubes in Cincinnati hadn't a clue as to how to deal with these 501c4 applications (even though they apparently didn't have the same lack of training problems in processing the same sort of requests from left of center groups.) And so, we are supposed to believe, that this required that they ask many, many more questions of groups with "Tea Party" or "Patriot" in their names. Personal questions, invasive questions...hundreds more questions than asked of liberal groups, along with requests for more and more documentation. Now, if the reason for the scandal were the lack of manpower, caused by wascally Wepubwiccans, can we get someone with a higher candle power intellect than RFK II to tell us what the results would be?
Let's go back to our toll booth for a minute. Let's say that the Peter Principle advanced RFK II to the point where he is the chief toll taker in his booth. And there's a long line backing up at his booth. The toll is fifty cents. The woman in the first car with a "Don't tread on me" sticker in the window hands him two quarters. "I'm sorry, ma'am", says RFK II, "we can't accept quarters, we need five dimes". So the woman rummages around in her purse, finds five dimes and hands them to him. "I'm sorry, ma'am. That rule only applies after nine o'clock. We'll need ten nickels for the toll this morning."
Again, if we have someone smarter than RFK II around here, that is to say, someone who can tie his own shoes, would making more difficult requests on certain individuals in a toll booth or a federal government office tend to increase or decrease your workload? If the problem is too much workload for the people you have, why wouldn't you ask fewer questions, or at least the same number of questions from every individual applicant? And if you ask for additional, unnecessary documentation from any of the individual applicants, that delay means at some point you have to process the same request again (and again, and again - for months, sometimes years!), that is not the logical response of anyone who has too much work.
As a general rule, on their own, people would tend to look for shortcuts, ways to shorten the process, not lengthen it. Someone with an ideological bent was targeting these groups for political purposes. The thought of using the IRS as your own personal attack dog used to at least publicly horrify liberals like Bobby Kennedy. What the Left did at the IRS is inexcusable. That the proglodytes have to grasp at straws for any defense of it, is not surprising.

We Didn't Either, Did You?
| Spotted near Carlsbad Village Drive and the PCH this afternoon in San Diego, CA. |
When I saw him from a distance I had no idea what his statement was; for anyone that is familiar with the area, he was stoically standing at the corner of Pine Street and Carlsbad Blvd. You know what I mean when I say that this particular little slice of grass, benches and beautiful Pacific Ocean views attracts some pretty colorful characters and there's always a decent crowd. Over the years I've seen it all -- flaming-bowling-pin jugglers, New-agers, anti-war hippies, exercise freaks, magicians, artists, well-endowed girls showing their "stuff", dog-whisperers, New-age JESUS SAVES! followers, Buddhists, panhandlers... the list goes on and you never know just what you are going to get. That's the fun of it, I guess. It's kind like a family-friendly version of Venice Beach, California.
Anyway, I digress. I approached Bill (let's just call him that for simplicity's sake) and told him that I liked his sign and that I "didn't vote for the Obamanation either." As an aside, if anyone reads my rants and scribbles, recall that I refused to call Teh Won anything but The Obamanation for at least six months after the 2008 election. This little tidbit enraged the leftist trolls to no end... ah, the good ol' days.
I digress, again. Bill told me that he lost his house in 2009 and that he has plenty of time on his hands to try to save this country from Washington DC. I like that. He told me that he has a plan that he's cooked up, some type of three-tier system that he firmly believes will save the country. I'm not sure just how it works. But I like plans cooked up by ordinary folk with skin in the game. Unlike Washington, plans like that actually might work.
Bill owns and operates HelpUsSaveTheUsa.com. I couldn't find his plan but check it out when you have a free minute.
Oh yes, he told me he's been on O'Reilly's show 22 times. This is as of now unconfirmed.

Meredith Whitney, "Tea Party = Freaked out White Men Who are Unemployed" Rick Santelli, Tea Party Movement Founding Father, Responds
Banking analyst Meredith Whitney thought she could impress the limo-lib, I'm-already-rich-but-support-policies-ensuring-you-will-never-be cocktail crowd, disparaging Tea Party Americans as "unemployed freaked-out white men."
How nice:
Rick Santelli doesn't take this disgusting jab sitting down; rather he strikes right back at Whitney's vile comment. This is just what patriots must do in today's world -- stand up, fight back, never letting leftist -- whether they are "banking analysts," SEIU members, Marxist college professors, spoiled-brat youth screaming, MINE, MINE, MINE! -- intimidate or belittle you.
Also, Santelli's King George comment is simple and absolutely correct.
I have said here many time in the last several years that today's statists -- in both political parties -- operate from a governance worldview that puts King George to shame. For example, my wife and I took a historic tour here in downtown Philly. We passed several colonial homes, several still even had the Benjamin Franklin Insurance plaque above the home's entrance.
Our tour guide noted that property owners faced exorbitant King George levies for various things -- steps leading up to their homes, windows, closets, essential living items, etc. I commented to my wife that we haven't learned anything from history and that, in fact, today's socialist-progressive is likely far worse than King George's tyranny; the difference being that we let it happen on our watch.
Aside from race-baiting limo-lib Tea Party swipe from some stupid lib banker, the bigger truth is that black Americans -- by sheer percentages -- are the Great Recession's most adversely-affected group.
I wonder what the response would be if a conservative said that this recession/depression only truly affected "freaked-out black men?"
Why is it that the first black president in this nation's history gets a pass on creating the worst African-American job market this nation has seen witnessed the Great Depression?
Hmm?

First Anti-Obama TV Ad, "Barack Obama's Legacy of Failure"
I just saw (and grabbed) this video from Just a Conservative Girl's site, the first (of many to come down the pike) ads against the reelection of The One (brought to you by Tea Party Express):
I hate to beat this drum and sound so negative again but I must say that the reelection of Barack Hussein Obama would be a near impossibility if it were not for the outrageously weak GOP presidential field. If The One is reelected, I lay the blame squarely at the inept GOP leadership and the field at this point.
Will a true conservative leader emerge; one that the nation will rally around and be excited to support? We'll see but I highly doubt it and we all need to brace ourselves for it.
And for now, Obama's disastrous tenure and record of turning America into a third-tier banana republic is a moot point when the alternative from the "opposition" party is a no-show.

Tea Partiers to Clean up Leftist Mess at Wisconsin Capitol
This week we covered the story that the cost of damage, filth and wreckage left behind by leftists camped-out in the Capitol building in Madison, Wisconsin far exceeded the seven figure range.
Good news today though, Tea Partiers are donating their time and dollars to clean up the mess:
Recommendations for Tea Party patriots embarking upon the cleanup effort:
- Please wear Hazmat suits. One can only wonder what kinds of bacteria, viruses, drug paraphernalia (needles?), and other unmentionables that may be need to be disposed of.
- Consider vaccinating yourselves before you begin the work.
- Log your hours. Unions would demand union-scale wage compensation for the effort. You should too. Also, brace yourselves: Wisconsin Union Sanitation Workers may claim that you took jobs and work away from them and may sue you.
- Consolidate the trash into one pile, preferably away from the capitol building. Is there as much (or more) trash than leftists leave behind at Earth Day 'celebrations' or Obama's 2008 inauguration (a tough act to follow, considering they left 100 + tons)?
- Film the effort. Make a documentary that highlights the filth and lack-of-respect for property.
Updated: Clifton at Another Black Conservative notes that the Facebook page set up by the Tea Partiers involved with the cleanup went viral and cleanup began ahead of schedule this morning! Check out Another Black Conservative for more.

Put Clarence Thomas "Back in the fields"
Justice Alito, according to this shining light of the Left, should "go back to Sicily"! For anyone in touch with reality, Judge Alito was born in Trenton, New Jersey. Not quite sure which part of Sicily that's in!
What about toning down the violent rhetoric, like President Obama asked?
"Roger Ailes should be strung up. Kill the bastard!"
And he wasn't the only one in favor of lynching Clarence Thomas. Good thing liberals never threaten anybody! And anyone want to bet that that lady's big pink hat isn't lined with tin foil???
So, let's recap: The peaceful enlightened Left would torture, lynch and subjugate anyone who disagrees with them. But the "Tea Party" is "racist". Got it!

F*ck Tea? More like Poopy-Mouth Kool-Aid®
This morning Carol at No Sheeples Here weighed in on the 'f*ck tea' group formation (that essentially just throws the f-bomb around and sells stuff). Sheeples:
The Coffee Party was a liberal agenda bust. The Cocoa Party was too. Then came One Nation. It too was mired in its own quicksand.
Carol is right, perhaps we could call 'f*ck tea' the 'potty-mouth-poopy-pants' party?
Carol's myriad talents were put to use in a fabulous Youtube video creation, (NSFW, turn down the volume to avoid the f-bomb) video, 'F*ck Kool-Aid' :
Brilliant, please make this video go viral.
Sheeples also notes a brilliant17 point 'commandment' list authored by Smitty over at The Other McCain yesterday. Consider it a Sacred Commandments list forced upon us by the ruling class today. A few of the best:
#5 - Thou shalt not bow down thyself to the Tea Parties, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy Government am a jealous, peevish, all-around bitchy Government, visiting the iniquity of the Founding Fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them raaaaacists that hate me;
#7 - Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy Government in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain. The Attorney General shall be empowered to call the bitter cling-ons in the Tea Party a ‘nation of cowards’.
# 17 - Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, again, dispensed with following the era of slavery, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour’s. See, if you covet materialistically for only yourself, you might be a capitalist. Focus on economic justice, a much more nuanced approach to avarice, and reach through the LORD thy Government.

Seems the Democrats cannot run on their ideas. For the most part, they have none and the few they have are bad. So, they have to rely on dishonesty and deceit until their voter fraud kicks in in November. How the party of JFK has fallen!

Video of the Day: Tea Party Express, Kevin Jackson of "Big Black Lie" Dismiss Racist Claims
I was just over at Beers with Demo and just caught an awesome video via. CNN wherein Kevin Jackson savages the typical progressive-collectivist meme of 'racist Tea Partiers':
I actually corresponded a little with Kevin Jackson a bit back when I first started blogging. He was gracious enough to allow me some time and give me some advice. It is wonderful to see him breaking out as he is.
Also, I purchased Kevin Jackson's "Big Black Lie" and highly recommend it.
Updated: Has the Tea Party race card smear run it's course? Via Memeorandum, Politico has a lovely article up about potential Democratic Tea Party tampering:
The accusations range from helping tea party activists circulate candidate petition sheets to underwriting the creation of official tea parties, which then put forth slates of candidates that local conservatives accuse of being rife with Democratic plants.
In all of the affected races, the outcome is expected to be close enough that a third-party candidate who wins just a few percentage points could end up swinging the outcome to the Democratic congressman or candidate.
“The Democrats have come to the realization that they can’t win on issues, and with their flawed candidates, so they are forced to skirt the rules by running candidates who they hope can split the vote with Republicans,” said Paul Lindsey, a National Republican Congressional Committee spokesman.
Democratic officials deny there is any grand conspiracy.
Recruitment of so-called straw candidates or spoilers is a time-honored, if less than reputable, tradition in American politics. But in this case, some Democrats appear to be in cahoots with ideological adversaries whose ideas they hope to use as weapons against Republicans in the fall.
Now, seven House seats are the subject of controversies that are spawning threats of lawsuits and criminal complaints and even pitting conservative tea party activists against one another.
